This role is hands-on, people-focused, and critical to protecting our crews and strengthening our jobsite culture every day. As a Construction Safety Manager, you'll: <ul><li>Lead field safety operations across multiple project sites.</li><li>Audit jobsites, investigate incidents, and drive corrective actions.</li><li>Support Superintendents, Foremen, and crews as a hands-on safety leader.</li><li>Enforce Corporate Safety &amp; Health Programs and regulatory compliance.</li><li>Manage safety training, certifications, orientations, and documentation.</li><li>Develop site-specific safety plans and lead regulatory inspections.</li><li>Deliver equipment and jobsite safety training as needed.</li><li>Report safety performance and trends to the Director of Safety. </li></ul><h2 style="margin: 6pt 0in 2pt; font-size: 11pt;">What You'll Need to Succeed as a Construction Safety Manager</h2><ul><li>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence crews in the field.</li><li>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Professional, confident communication at all levels of the team: from field to leadership.</li><li>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Working knowledge of</li><li class="ql-indent-1">OSHA </li><li class="ql-indent-1">MSHA</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Workers' Compensation</li><li class="ql-indent-1">DOT</li><li class="ql-indent-1">EPA regulations</li><li>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to work in fast-paced, active construction environments.</li><li>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. </li></ul><h2 style="margin: 6pt 0in 2pt; font-size: 11pt;">Experience &amp; Education</h2><ul><li>5+ years of safety experience in construction or industrial environments.</li><li>A bachelor's degree is preferred, or at least 5+ years of hands-on experience. </li></ul><h2 style="margin: 6pt 0in 2pt; font-size: 11pt; color: black;">Pay &amp; Benefits</h2>We believe great people deserve great support.
