Projects are completed on time, on budget, and done right. </li></ul>What You Need to Succeed as a Project Manager <ul><li>Minimum 5 years of structural steel project management experience.</li><li>Strong knowledge of safety and quality standards.</li><li>Willing to travel to manage jobs nationwide.</li><li>Skilled with project management software and tools.</li><li>Clear communication and leadership skills.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field (preferred).</li><li>Reliable transportation for job site visits.</li><li>Ability to pass background check and drug screening.</li></ul>What We Offer You in ReturnWe take care of our team because they take care of our projects.<ul><li>Competitive Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 based on experience.</li><li>Performance Bonuses: Earn more when projects succeed.</li><li>Health Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage.</li><li>Relocation Expenses: Based in Harrisburg, PA.
