You identify issues early and ensure the equipment operates safely and reliably.</li><li>Team Coordination: You will work closely with riggers, signalers, and site supervisors to execute lift plans. </li><li>Safety Leadership: You model safety-first behavior on every project. When conditions become unsafe, you stop work and protect the crew.</li><li>Supporting Project Progress: Your ability to place steel quickly and accurately to ensure an on-time schedule and maintain project momentum.</li></ul>QualificationsTo succeed as a Crane Operator at S&amp;R Enterprises, you must bring the following experience and skills:<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience operating cranes on structural steel erection projects.</li><li>Certified Crane Operator (NCCCO or equivalent).</li><li>OSHA 10-hour or 30-hour Construction Safety Certification preferred.</li><li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.</li><li>Current DOT Physical</li><li>Willing to undergo a drug test and background check.</li><li>Strong understanding of load charts, rigging principles, and lift planning.</li><li>Excellent hand-eye coordination and depth perception.</li><li>Physically fit and able to work at heights and in outdoor conditions.</li><li>Must be punctual, reliable, and available to travel to different job sites.</li><li>Must be able to travel nationwide.</li></ul>What You'll Get in Exchange for Your Hard WorkAt S&amp;R Enterprises, we believe skilled operators deserve strong support and rewards.<ul><li>Competitive hourly pay $46 - $48 per hour, depending on experience.</li><li>Per Diem Pay of $700 per week.</li><li>Paid time off (PTO).</li><li>401(k) retirement plan.</li><li>Ongoing training and certifications.</li><li>Opportunities for career growth and advancement.</li><li>A strong team culture built on trust and respect.</li></ul>
