Job description S&amp;R Enterprises is a structural steel and precast erection company that is heavy involved in the aerospace and commercial industry, we are seeking a qualified candidate to assist in&nbsp;Construction Surveyor/Field Engineer&nbsp;on the east coast. Responsibilities<ul><li>Knowledge of Construction Surveying with Total Station.</li><li>Assisting with layout, as-builts, and quality assurance of steel construction.</li><li>Assisting with Project Management of documents and RFI tracking.</li><li>Proper care and calibration of survey equipment.&nbsp;</li></ul> Skills Required<ul><li>Proficient with a Total Station and Data Collector.</li><li>Proficient with Auto Level, can run and close a level loop.</li><li>Basic survey knowledge and strong math and spatial skills.</li><li>Familiarity with construction drawings.</li><li>Familiarity with CAD and 3D modeling.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience using Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).</li><li>Organized.</li><li>And most importantly the ability to learn and take responsibility.&nbsp;</li></ul> Preferred Skills and Qualifications<ul><li>Associates or Bachelors in Surveying or Engineering degree </li><li>Demonstrated strong propensity for hands-on work and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to multi-task, to manage shifting priorities and to follow through on projects with minimal supervision.</li><li>Ability to work in a construction/industrial environment.</li><li>Ability to work in a high-concentration, fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills.</li><li>Willing to work overtime when necessary.</li></ul>
